DuPont Environmental Education Center, 4:15 pm (with optional walking tour at 3:30pm)
On Tuesday, November 12, 2019 the Christina Conservancy held its annual meeting at the DuPont Environmental Education Center (DEEC) at 1400 Delmarva Lane, Wilmington DE 19801. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of DEEC at the Russel W. Peterson Marsh and Urban Wildlife Refuge, Bob Meadows from the DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife gave a talk about restoration of the marsh and refuge over the last ten years and led an optional walking tour beforehand of new trails. The walk and presentation are open to the public and were followed by a meeting of the Christina Conservancy Board of Directors starting at 5pm.
